Bidule

Bidule will bring you new sparkling experiences! This project started in 2022 as a joint winery of three friends under the leadership of experienced natural winemaker Zdenek Omasta. All three love sparkling wine, and it is also what they devote most of their time to in the winery. Bidule is a word denoting a small thing that is used for the collection of yeast in the neck of a bottle of sparkling wine before it is blasted off - disgorgement. And that's how they perceive their winery as well. While Bidule brings together yeast in bottles, Bidule, as a winery, brings together people with an interest in wine. Yeast is the basic element of wine, giving it longevity. In Biduli, they understand all the people involved in the work in the winery. There are woefully few high-quality sparkling wines with a natural philosophy on the Czech market, so we warmly welcome the first sparkling wines from Bidula to our portfolio!
