Fidesser

In this family owned Austrian winery from Platt in Weinviertel, work together young siblings Rudi and Sofi. Their *Orbis line of wines, one of the first they ever made, is full of energy, thought,  balance, and are fun to drink. 

All the Fidesser vineyards are maintained according to Rudolf Steiner philosophy, with nature and its cycle in the centre. Organical sprays, manual labour, support of useful insects and microorganisms, which keep the soil alive. After processing, the wine is left in barrels without intervention, until bottling in which they add a minimal amount of sulphites.
