Vinařství Směska

Směska are ​​a girl from Prague, a boy from Moravia and something in between ... Iva, Ivan and little Franta, who together founded a natural micro-winery. Their first wines were created in 2019 and they succeeded immediately. That's why you can find them in our Natural Wine Shop, for which we are very happy. The grapes are produced organically from less than half a hectare of vineyards around the village of Zaječí. Already in the vineyards, you will find mixtures of varieties next to each other, which they collect together and subsequently process in a natural way without industrial yeasts and other additives, they only work gently with sulfur. How would we describe their wines? A lively, mineral cuvée with the character of the varieties used!
