Sklep Padesátosm

Sklep Padesátosm is a natural micro-winery from Pavlov, which is backed by two young winemakers Jakub and Filip. We could taste their first years in 2017 and since then the boys have been having a lot of fun every year. All their wines ferment spontaneously, they do not clarify, filter or spread, they are simply such honesty. As for the compositions of the varieties, we often come across Veltliner, Müller Thurgau, Riesling, Muscat, André or Laurot, which all let them mature in oak barrels. We are very happy that just such projects are being created in Moravia!
